- If a booking is canceled 31 days or more before arrival, 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
- If a booking is canceled 1-30 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
- In case of a no-show, the total reservation amount will be charged.
- No refunds are given for shortened stays or severe weather conditions.

Can I pay in installments?
Yes, you can pay in two installments: 50% at the time of booking and the remaining 50% one month before your arrival.

Do you offer taxi services or private boat transfers?
What are the options for groups or families?
For groups or families, we can arrange private transfers with larger vehicles or boats. Please provide us with the number of people and luggage details to ensure proper arrangements.
Are there regular flights to the nearest island?
What are the recommended arrival and departure times?
It’s best to arrive at one of the nearest airports in the morning to allow time for the boat transfer. For departure, aim for flights around lunchtime to ensure a smooth return trip.

What size surfboard is recommended for local conditions?
For local conditions, we recommend bringing a variety of boards, including a small shortboard without too much volume and a step-up board. You can also bring a small fish or a similar board to ensure you have the best board for all the different breaks and conditions of our waves.
Do you offer surfing lessons for beginners?
The Banyak Islands are suitable for intermediate to advanced surfers. If you are a beginner, it’s advisable to gain more experience before visiting us.
Are wetsuits necessary? If so, what thickness do you recommend?
Do you recommend specific clothing for sea activities?
We recommend lightweight, quick-dry clothing, rash guards with a hoodie or hat for sun protection. For evening activities, bring light layers to stay comfortable. Reef booties are also recommended.
Is there a nearby pharmacy in case of need?
Yes, there is a pharmacy in the nearest town, about an hour away by boat. We also have a first-aid kit on-site for minor injuries..
What products should I bring?
Are specific electrical adapters required?
The resort uses standard European two-pin plugs (220V). Please bring appropriate adapters if needed.

Yes, we offer fishing trips. Please let us know your interest in advance so we can arrange the trip with our local guides.
Are there snorkeling spots accessible from the resort?
Yes, there are several excellent snorkeling spots accessible from the resort. We can also take you by boat to explore other spots.
Which nearby islands do you recommend for a day trip?
There is a beautiful island just 20 minutes from our resort where you can walk around, visit pristine beaches, enjoy fresh coconuts, and go snorkeling.
Are there cultural or historical tours available nearby?
Yes, we can arrange cultural tours to visit local villages and traditional markets.
Do you offer photo package or others services on-site?
Yes, we offer photo packages and laundry can be arranged at an extra cost. Please book in advance to ensure availability during your stay.

Yes, we have kayaks, paddle boards, surf skates, snorkeling gear and spearguns available for our guests.
