Reservation

What documents or information are needed to confirm my reservation?
To confirm your reservation we need the dates of your stay, the number of guests, pickup and drop-off locations and a deposit payment. Once we receive these details, we’ll send you a confirmation email.
No, the confirmation email is sufficient to secure your reservation.
  • If a booking is canceled 31 days or more before arrival, 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
  • If a booking is canceled 1-30 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
  • In case of a no-show, the total reservation amount will be charged.
  • No refunds are given for shortened stays or severe weather conditions.
Rates are subject to change based on availability and season. If you change your dates, we will provide a new quotation based on the current rates.
If the number of guests changes, the price will be adjusted accordingly. Please inform us as soon as possible so we can update your booking and ensure proper accommodation.

Payment

Do you accept payments via PayPal or other online platforms?
We only accept credit card payments through our online payment platform.

Yes, you can pay in two installments: 50% at the time of booking and the remaining 50% one month before your arrival.

The remaining balance must be paid one month before arrival. You will receive a payment link during this period.
While there is no surcharge for on-site payments, additional services such as photo packages, massages, and laundry can be arranged at an extra cost.

Transportation and Arrival

Do you offer taxi services or private boat transfers?
Yes, we offer both, taxi services from the nearest airport and private boat transfers to the resort. Please contact us to arrange your transportation in advance.

For groups or families, we can arrange private transfers with larger vehicles or boats. Please provide us with the number of people and luggage details to ensure proper arrangements.

Yes, there are multiple flights daily to Nias Island from Medan, several flights each week to Simeulue from Medan, and two flights per week to Singkil from Medan. We recommend booking your flight in advance, especially during peak season.

It’s best to arrive at one of the nearest airports in the morning to allow time for the boat transfer. For departure, aim for flights around lunchtime to ensure a smooth return trip.

From Nias, the taxi takes around 2 hours, followed by a 2-hour boat ride. From Simeulue, the taxi takes about 40 minutes, followed by a 3-hour boat ride. From Singkil, it’s a 30-minute taxi ride and a 2-hour boat ride.
Please inform us of your arrival time at least 48 hours in advance so we can arrange your transfer and ensure everything is ready for your arrival.
There are no additional fees for late or early arrivals, but we ask that you inform us in advance to ensure that we can accommodate your schedule.

Equipment

What size surfboard is recommended for local conditions?

For local conditions, we recommend bringing a variety of boards, including a small shortboard without too much volume and a step-up board. You can also bring a small fish or a similar board to ensure you have the best board for all the different breaks and conditions of our waves.

The Banyak Islands are suitable for intermediate to advanced surfers. If you are a beginner, it’s advisable to gain more experience before visiting us.

Wetsuits are not necessary for most of the year, a rash guard is recommended for early morning sessions.

We recommend lightweight, quick-dry clothing, rash guards with a hoodie or hat for sun protection. For evening activities, bring light layers to stay comfortable. Reef booties are also recommended.

Yes, there is a pharmacy in the nearest town, about an hour away by boat. We also have a first-aid kit on-site for minor injuries..

We ask our customers to bring only environmentally friendly products, such as natural shampoos, soaps, toothpaste, sunscreen, etc. We do everything to preserve the unspoiled nature that surrounds us.

The resort uses standard European two-pin plugs (220V). Please bring appropriate adapters if needed.

Do you offer fishing trips?

Yes, we offer fishing trips. Please let us know your interest in advance so we can arrange the trip with our local guides.

Yes, there are several excellent snorkeling spots accessible from the resort. We can also take you by boat to explore other spots.

There is a beautiful island just 20 minutes from our resort where you can walk around, visit pristine beaches, enjoy fresh coconuts, and go snorkeling.

Yes, we can arrange cultural tours to visit local villages and traditional markets.

Yes, we offer photo packages and laundry can be arranged at an extra cost. Please book in advance to ensure availability during your stay.

We recommend being up-to-date with standard vaccinations. Please consult your healthcare provider for personalized advice.

The area is generally safe, but it’s advisable to use mosquito repellent and be cautious of currents while swimming.

The best time to visit is during the dry season, from April to October. The weather is pleasant with little rain and calm seas.
